I’ve been a loyal customer of this salon for over a year, always paid for my services, treated everyone kindly, and followed all policies. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing and reflects poor customer service. I was turned away for reasons that had never been an issue before and were never communicated as a problem in the past. I was also accused of “wasting time,” which was not only untrue but disrespectful. I’ve always managed my appointments responsibly — even adjusting my medical schedule to accommodate theirs when asked. Another ongoing frustration is that when I ask for certain designs, they’ll often just tell me no. These aren’t even intricate designs — something simple like a French tip. They don’t seem to like doing French tips, so they’ll decline to make it easier on themselves. What’s most frustrating is that the salon enforces a same-day cancellation policy for clients, yet they canceled my appointment the same day without notice or accountability. That’s simply hypocritical. I’ve supported this business for a long time, but this experience left me feeling undervalued and disrespected. It’s unfortunate to see how they treat consistent, paying clients, and I hope they take this as an opportunity to improve their professionalism and communication moving forward.

All around beautiful experience with Bed of Nails! I had an appointment with Victoria, she did a set of pink cowgirl cutesy nails on me for an upcoming trip and they are PERFECT! I can't wait to come back. Highly recommend, exceptional quality and service. On top of all of that, the studio is SO CUTE, vibey, and just perfect. Could not have asked for a better experience. Such a slay.

I’ve been going to Victoria and shes amazing! My nails are the healthiest they’ve been in my entire life and she is an absolutely beautiful person inside and out! The salon is immaculate and the owner is lovely ❤️ I recommend these ladies to anyone looking for a new nail tech or wanting to try Gel-X as they have significantly increased my nail health since quitting acrylics. I don’t have to sacrifice my health for pretty nails anymore!! thank you Victoria and the wonderful staff at Bed of nails!

The environment here is so adorable! I see Cierra and she is so thorough and truly takes her time. the girls here are so talented and I highly recommend!
