Took my daughter for a pedicure for her birthday. Also scheduled one for myself. LA Nails had good reviews...so she picked the place. We were both very happy with our pedicures. Very clean and pretty inside. Everyone was very nice, too. Will use them again.

My experience with this nail salon was absolutely fantastic, not only was I promptly seated but the two older workers (who I assume are the owners) were so lively and beautiful souls. They made me laugh and smile, he was careful not to hurt me and patient with my posture (I have nerve damage and it’s very hard to move my hands or keep them in certain positions) and he was funny, adorably cute during our session. It was quiet, peaceful and quick. I got a beautiful design he worked hard on for $80, it was awesome! I highly recommend this place if you want affordable, nice looking and long lasting nails.

Melinda was amazing! She was so nice and went the extra mile to fix my nails for me that were done not great elsewhere. I will never go anywhere else. Definitely the best salon in the north hills!

I read the reviews for this salon and really had high hopes when I booked an appointment. I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of service I received on my pedicure. First I do want to say when I got there everyone working was so friendly and welcoming. On March 20th I had an appointment and they took me right away. The nail tech I had was also very friendly. The tech talked me into doing gel which I haven’t done before. I asked for the paraffin wax pedicure. During the pedicure she dug in a little deep and made me bleed. I understood it was a mistake and honestly I’ve done it to myself before plus it didn’t hurt so I didn’t think much of it. She was using the green liquid that stops the bleeding on it and kept pressing it in to get it to stop. She began painting my toenails and I noticed there was still blood on my toe and she was just going around it with the polish. I thought that was strange but she did apologize a few times which I understood. When it was time for the paraffin wax, the wax wasn’t on and instead of letting me wait for it to warm up she told me I could just go with a basic pedicure. I was a little annoyed by this as I wanted to do the wax, but they didn’t charge me for it. After I got home is when I I became really disappointed. I looked at my toe that was bleeding and realized that she had put nail glue in my open wound to get it to stop bleeding so there is now a large clump of blood/dried nail glue on top of where I was cut and to get it off I am going to have to peel it off and open the wound all over again. While I was looking at this I noticed how sloppy the rest of the nail polish was on my toes. This made me really upset. I called to try to get a partial refund because I was just really disappointed at how much money I was charged for this service. They did offer for me to come back and they would fix the polish, however I am unable to due to going on vacation-which is why I made the appointment for tonight. Since I was not going to be back from vacation until late March and they’re closed on Sundays the earliest they’d be able to “fix” my polish would be April 1st. Since that would be too late to fix anything they would only offer me 10% my next service. They absolutely will not do any kind of refund, not even a partial. I didn’t want an entire refund because I do understand a service was performed. I understand what they offered doesn’t work for me specifically and that is not their fault, however I’m also disappointed they wouldn’t even look at the photos I took of the polish job to understand why I was upset. They kept saying it was my fault for not saying something when I was there. I usually don’t inspect my toe nails in public places, but that is a lesson learned for sure. Also, I don’t plan on spending any more of my money there, therefore giving me 10% off my next service isn’t advantageous to me. I’m really upset this is the way this turned out and hope they will be more open to the idea of partial refunds for other customers who are extremely unhappy in the future.

Salon is relaxing and beautiful inside! My nails always look amazing after a visit. Love the gel manicure and pedicure.
