I’m a very indecisive person when it comes to picking nail designs, but Eleven never gets phased. This time, I trusted him to do a freestyle Gel X manicure—and once again, my nails came out amazing! I’ve been coming here for a while now, and they never disappoint. The attention to detail, the creativity, and the overall experience are always top-tier. Highly recommend if you’re looking for flawless nails and an artist who truly knows what they’re doing!

Always a great experience here. They are so meticulous and detail oriented and they care for my nails so precisely. For that reason, appts may take a bit longer, especially if you’re getting a design or nail art, but it is so worth it, and they make you very comfortable while they service you. This is the first studio where I’ve NEVER had a nail break or chip in between monthly appointments.

I had a recent appointment a few days ago with eleven. Im not sure what his issue is, but when a client is asking for something specific to be done to their nails, thats whats expected. I asked for tips for just two nails because they were chipped. He agreed, but then proceeded to add tips to all of my nails, and then charged me for something I did not ask for. Furthermore, when i ask him to cut down my nails, he does not. Its like he decides what he wants to do with your nails. He also has scheduling issues. He will confirm an appointment and have you wait between 30min - 1.5hours. Every time I got my nails done, Tina has done a wonderful job, but she only works on the one day I am not available.
