2024-11-25Hannah is the sweetest and most understanding shop owner! Kathy gave me the best pedicure I could have possibly hoped for. Her attention to detail is amazing! She also did my full set and shaped my nails perfectly! They helped me with matching the perfect color to my dress I’m wearing to a surprise party. I’ll never go anywhere else. The salon is clean and quiet and relaxing!

2025-07-16I would leave zero stars if I could. I had a pedicure on Tuesday, July 1st. On Thursday, July 3rd the polish on my fourth toe was chipped off half the nail. I went to the nail salon on Friday, July 4th and was so happy to see that hey we’re actually open because I was leaving for vacation that night. When I went in there was one technician and two customers. I explained my issue. She said no problem, she would be with me shortly. About 10 minutes later I asked if it would be better for me to come back as I had refrigerated items in my car. She agreed that returning in one hour would be good. She could take care of me then. I returned approximately an hour later. The technician finished a waxing in the rear, checked my foot and told me to take a seat in the first chair. I sat in the chair and watched her begin working on a new customer in disbelief. I say there for about ten minutes and got up to leave. She asks where I’m going in shock. I told her never mind. I just won’t bother coming back. She was more interested in getting additional dollars from a new customer than making sure a customer than had already paid for a service that turned out to be subpar got what was paid for. Never again.

2019-07-242 years ago I switched to Hollywood and I Looooooove then. It feels like family. Everyone knows my name as well as all my daughters’. The entire team is great. I suggest you make an appointment or you will have a wait as they are extremely talented and busy!
