Temple Nails Spa Lounge

This is the only nail salon I go to. After the first visit I had no desire to try another nail salon. I love Tracy!!! Her work is always perfect. Ask for her when you come, she will not disappoint. The entire staff is always so nice. Sometimes goofy too which I personally love to see.

Update: Vicky did my nails the second time I’ve been here and I loveeee them!! Vicky was so fun and easy to talk to, I really enjoyed chatting with her and she did such a good job in my nails. We worked together to get this perfect silver metallic color and I’m obsessed. Everyone here is so sweet!! 💖 Tori did an amazing job in my nails and she was so sweet!! This was my first time here and I will def be back. I got a gel refill and I think the color was 175 (whatever dark red ends in 75) and it’s perfect!!! I liked my experience here. 😊

Absolutely thrilled to have found this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome. The prices are fantastic, and my GelX nails turned out stunning—better than I expected! I’m usually picky since my daughter does my nails, but Vivienne impressed me with her skill. She even added a gorgeous snowflake design at my request! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. To top it off, they offered me coffee, which was a delightful surprise, and even sent me home with a packet. They also had fruit, shrimp, and chicken available—what a treat! Highly recommend this place, 10/10!

My husband researched nail salons in Temple for me because I was terribly disappointed with the last salon I visited. He chose Temple Nails Spa Lounge based on their description and positive reviews. I believe I'm going to start having him choose the businesses I use more often!! This was by far the best nail salon experience I have had in a very long time. The professionalism of the salon setup, the employees' appearance & the interaction of the first person to help us really stood out. All of the employees are dressed in collared logo shirts with prominent name tags. Whenever there was a language barrier, a manager was called over to assist to ensure that your needs/wants as a customer were being communicated effectively. Prices were gone over & agreed to ahead of time. The employees were cheerful and were very obviously pleased when you approved of their work. If you're super lucky, you will get a nail technician that also sings and the 2 we were blessed enough to hear singing had beautiful voices!!! Last, but not least.... I overheard an employee close by talking to another patron. She was making sure the customer was pleased & had not encountered any problems during her previous visits. She told this customer to please be sure to let the manager or owner know if there is ever a problem & it will be taken care of because "we work for you and we care if you're happy with our service." Finding a business that truly cares about customer satisfaction is hard to come by these days. That alone will make me keep coming back!

My favorite nails that I have EVER GOTTEN. I got my nails done by Linh, and she was amazing. I got the cat eye nails, and I was in amazement when she finished. Her customer service exceeded any expectations! She gives a welcoming vibe when sitting down at her desk, and asked critical questions to ensure she is doing her part right. I also had Kathy for my pedicure, and she was also very sweet, asking correct questions, etc! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
