They did an absolute amazing job!! 10/10 Service also another thing to point out I will definitely be coming back to this nail salon. I had a girl getting her nails done next to me and she had a baby with her. Her baby started crying and the staff was amazing to help her out with her baby while she finishes getting her nails done Absolute amazing customer service!!! And the nail artist who did my nails was amazing!!

Junior did an amazing job for my birthday nails, did not rush through them & took his time after having a booked day. He made sure to make it look just like the picture I wanted. Make sure to book with Junior! I love these so much !!

So I have a little PTSD from nail salons because the last person that did them here in Bend at a completely different nail salon that shall remain nameless- nearly chopped my finger off with an unshaved nail file and then doused my wounds in acetone. That is not what you’ll experience here at the Nail Place. I have been here twice now. And both visits were great. They went above and beyond even back then and I wish I would’ve posted that set as well. But THESE. 💅 Jesse accommodated my nail request today as an evening walk in just in time for Halloween. This girl can copy any picture and do it exactly how you want. It’s amazing. My original picture accidentally cut out the thumbnail design, so she made one up off the top of her head in seconds and put a little pink glitter over it. She knew what I wanted before I did. She’s amazing and so sweet. She takes what she does seriously and makes sure to ask you what YOU want. She is more than happy to accommodate any requests and wants you to truly love your nails. Not to mention she’s pretty fast and did these in like an hour-ish? I’m sure the whole team is great, but I will be back to have Jesse do my nails because she made me feel comfortable and knows what she’s doing and can clearly do any unique design. (Also because this is super important, please watch your nail techs and how they handle equipment and sterilize it. That says a lot about a nail salon when you notice them handling dirty equipment and then using it on you. That’s gross. Who wants to grow weird science and fungi under their nails? Not me. Here I constantly saw employees wiping down, sweeping, scrubbing and washing their equipment before assisting any customers.) 5 stars for my girl Jesse. 💛⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m so impressed with the service I received from Zumy. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and executed it perfectly. Her attention to detail and patience truly set her apart. On top of that, she’s an absolutely lovely person. I highly recommend booking with her!
