It makes you feel relaxed no matter if you are waiting to be pampered or being pampered. The shop has been redesign in a nice and highly professional way. 2024-09-29First time customer as I usually visit a place in the Columbus area. The last fill I needed I unfortunately attended another Zanesville walk-in location. Anyway, my tech took his time to smooth the previous mistakes, was gentle, attentive, and didn't mind that I am not a talker. The outcome was professional and I am very pleased. I will be sure to schedule for return visits. Only rated 4 due to the wait after calling to schedule and being told walk-in was available. I will be returning though and be sure to schedule appointment. Thank you UPDATE 9/28/24 I scheduled an appointment to have fill, repair, and design tips. I arrived early due to road construction not being as bad. They got me right in even though I would have gladly waited until my scheduled time. Wonderful service. Great atmosphere. Thank you again.
