Abbi is phenomenal! She’s so good at what she does. She’s never turned down any of my ideas and she’s hit them all out of the park!

I enjoy going to Znails every time. The atmosphere is clean with music in the background with friendly small talk. It makes you feel relaxed no matter if you are waiting to be pampered or being pampered. The shop has been redesign in a nice and highly professional way. They are accommodating and are the best people to be around.

First time customer as I usually visit a place in the Columbus area. The last fill I needed I unfortunately attended another Zanesville walk-in location. Anyway, my tech took his time to smooth the previous mistakes, was gentle, attentive, and didn't mind that I am not a talker. The outcome was professional and I am very pleased. I will be sure to schedule for return visits. Only rated 4 due to the wait after calling to schedule and being told walk-in was available. I will be returning though and be sure to schedule appointment. Thank you UPDATE 9/28/24 I scheduled an appointment to have fill, repair, and design tips. I arrived early due to road construction not being as bad. They got me right in even though I would have gladly waited until my scheduled time. Wonderful service. Great atmosphere. Thank you again.
