My daughter had an appointment scheduled for 8:00am for a partial color. We arrived EARLY to the appointment to be respectful to the colorists time. We waited for 30mins and the only contact we had with a staff member was with the girl who gave my daughter her cape. After waiting 30minutes and the salon being empty (only one other customer) I approached the front desk to find out what was going on. I was told the stylist was “running late” but ensured he would be there to take care of my daughter with in 5 mins. We agreed to stay. After 15 mins he still had not arrived. The manager never checked on us, or was even aware that her staff had not shown. When managing a business, how do you not know your employees have not arrived to work, especially when we were the first appointment of the morning???? This is bad look and a horrible way to run a so called reputable business. I will never recommend making an appointment at this establishment. Management is clueless on how to manage. Worth the extra drive from Cleveland for a 30 min facial and 30 min relaxation massage. It was my first time getting a facial. My only feedback would maybe to explain all the different steps of the facial before or during it, for those who have never had one. Overall, I am happy with my services.

Hands down one of the best facials I’ve ever had! From start to finish, the entire experience was relaxing, professional, and completely tailored to my skin’s needs. The esthetician took the time to assess my skin, ask about my concerns, and explain each step along the way, which made me feel really cared for and confident I was in good hands.

I went for a massage. This is a first class envieoment, vam and relaxing. The therapist Michelle was very good. Highly recommend.

Been going to Casal's for a very long time. Always an A+ experience. I do miss the days when we would get a mini-back massage and facial, but I understand Covid changed a lot. Otherwise, the team there is always professional and provides the best services around. Thank you to Jessica in color for always an amazing experience.
