I’ve been seeing Heba for years and have never left unsatisfied. Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She cares about her work and clients and her services reflect just that! I’ve been doing luminary builder gel for about a year now and NOT ONCE have I broken a nail. Retention and quality is insanely impressive.

I scheduled and paid a 50% down payment for a service with a nail technician to whom I was referred. I specifically chose the technician with whom I scheduled. I have an event in Denver, Colorado this weekend, and scheduled the appointment three weeks in advance. Imagine my shock when I received a text message the night before my appointment telling me that my appointment was confirmed with another nail technician. No one called me to ask me if that was okay, they just moved me to another nail technician without my permission and booked someone else in my place. Don't go here unless you want to get jerked around like a useless tool. They have lost my business and my referrals, forever.

I highly recommend booking with Thanh Nguyen! She's very talented and very nice. I never know how to small talk (plus, I have hearing loss), so I'm very thankful she doesn't seem to mind that I sit there awkwardly silent the whole time lol. Also, she's quick! I have been in and out on my 1 hr lunch break, even with the nail art! She's the only nail technician I've gone to that will draw designs, and I've never been happier with the results! After my first appointment with her, I told her I would be a regular lol I wasn't lying. 5 Stars for Thanh! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was so looking forward to my visit! It was for my wedding and considering the price $70.00 for a full set with white tips I was shocked that just two days later (i got them done on Thursday and by Saturday) 7 of my 10 nails are visibly lifting :( if you see in the pics the white around the edges near the nail bed that aren't secure to the nail- that's not the top coat. But speaking of the gel top coat on my nails literally started chipping at the nail tips the very next day. I did nothing to cause this just normal everyday activities nothing nowhere near labor intensive or anything that would be considered hard on my nails. I would hope this isn't normal but either way to pay that much for them to look this way already is shocking! Not to mention a few of the nails are far from the cuticle like it looks like they have already been grown out for a week an a half! Maybe I should have expected this when it only took 45 minutes for the whole appt to be done. Very disappointing though.

I’ve been going here consistently for a bit and have not had a problem before, but at my most recent visit I was very disappointed with the service I was given. I got a gel manicure and a regular toe pedicure. I arrived on time but my pedicure appointment did not start until almost 30 minutes after the scheduled time. Then, it was very rushed. The lady was nice, but no apologies or explanations were given for the lateness. Then, I had to wait another 20 minutes past my nail appointment time. Again, no apology or explanation was given for the delay. The appointment took almost 1hr 45min and I feel like the quality was very average given what I’ve gotten before in the past. I was very disappointed this time and it did not feel like the same place I enjoyed going to before. Edit: the lady cut my toe during my pedicure, did not apologize and now it’s been almost three days and it’s still red and throbbing. The manicure is also so far from my cuticle it looks as though it’s already grown out.
