I had such a great experience at this nail salon! Despite it being a busy day, Amy took extra time out of her schedule to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and honestly, the results were even better than I imagined. She was so patient, detail-oriented, and really made sure everything was perfect. I’m super happy with how my nails and pedicure turned out and definitely coming back. Highly recommend! ** last slide is the nails she did for me a few months ago, she always does a great job I love it!! 😻

Tina did a great job shaping my nails & applying colour. She also took her time to make sure I liked the color. It took 1h30 for mani/pedi. I paid $70 cash for gel on natural and regular on toes (fyi pretty sure you get a discount if you pay cash). After 3 weeks of retention, I am happy to report there has been no lifting or chipping. I also got my last two sets done by Chris (last 2 pics) who did a good job with shaping & retention as well. I did give 4 stars because they don’t always respect your appointment time and sometimes you have to wait. For one of my appointments, I waited 35 mins before I got in which set back my whole day planned.

Really great! Very busy on a Monday morning! (I’m so surprised!) But they had lots of people working, so there was space for both me & my mom. My pedicure was amazing. Great attention to detail & great work. Very nice & kind staff. Super clean space. Tools were new & clean. The salon itself has TONS of colour options, both classic polish or gel. Chrome, cat eye, sparkles, acrylic dip colours…etc. This is honestly one of the best selections I’ve seen in Ottawa! Loved my experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon, especially considering it was my first visit. I went in expecting professional service, but the entire process was disorganized and frustrating. I was first assigned one technician who applied extensions on my right hand. In the middle of the service, I was transferred to another technician who worked on my left hand. All the nails on my left hand turned out completely slanted, not slightly but visibly uneven. When I pointed this out, she did fix them — but the quality and attention to detail were clearly lacking. While cutting the nails to the desired length, I noticed that my right-hand thumbnail was the wrong size. When I brought this up, the technician told me that “the powder will fix it,” which made no sense since the base itself was incorrect. My technician was changed yet again, and the manager took over to fix the issue. Instead of redoing it properly, the manager tried to correct the problem by applying a lot of extra product, which made the nail look bulky and uneven. Then came the design part. I had shown an inspiration photo of a milky white base with white French tips. The manager applied only one thin coat of milky white gel color — without any base coat and without a second layer — and then directly did the French tip and top coat. (Which you can check your camera )As a result, my base color turned out pink instead of milky white, since the pink acrylic powder underneath showed through. It looked nothing like what I had requested. What made the experience worse was the attitude of the staff. Even though I politely pointed out each issue, their behavior became cold and dismissive, as if I was being unreasonable for expecting proper work. I remained calm and respectful the entire time, but I left feeling completely dissatisfied. For a first-time client, this was an extremely poor experience — from the unprofessional handling and multiple technician changes to the careless application and disappointing final result. I sincerely hope the management reviews this feedback seriously and works on improving both their service quality and how they treat customers.
