Future Wave Salon

I've been coming here since I was in high school (I'm now 24) and cannot recommend it enough! I've been to Ashley, Emily, and Alexia and all have been amazing and go above and beyond! I have never been disappointed with how my hair turns out and the prices are very reasonable. There have also been a few times where they'll ask if I want to come in a few hours earlier because a client cancels or they're ahead of schedule, which is just awesome! I truly cannot say enough good things about everyone here.

Unfortunately , I was not happy with the result of my appointment. I was pretty clear during the initial consultation of what I wanted , showed photos, the stylist told me she understood , etc* . However, for the amount of money that I paid , it just isn’t acceptable . I’m not one to complain, but I am honest when it comes to paying someone a good deal of money for a hair service , it pains me to say it , but I won’t be coming back. I hope other people have better experiences than I did.

Long story short...I didn't like my hair 3times in a row.. never made a big deal or asked it to be fixed to what I showed. This last time I walked away not happy and when I called to have it fixed the stylist found me on Facebook and instant messaged me from there saying that she thought I'd be a better fit for someone else. Basically breaking up with the client. My hair has not been fixed in fact no one has called me from future wave about this like they said they would. Finally The girl who does my nails apparently had been talking to my stylist without me there. I had mentioned to my nail girl that I wasn't happy with my hair turns out this has gotten back to the hair stylist. I am tired of all the drama I just wanted my hair fixed and to go there every two weeks and get my nails done. I spend a lot of money in there... Nails every two weeks, hair every six color and cut, all products. Let me tell you I had no expectation to be treated like this. We may have not had the best communication these last three times but I had been with her for years years years... It shows me there is no accountability or professionalism at future wave entirely. I have canceled all appointments will no longer be getting my hair done there and will no longer be getting my nails done there

Went in for a 7:15 eyebrow wax & the lady who did my brows was awesome! Her service was excellent & she had an awesome personality! She even got me in earlier than my appointment. I will be back for another waxing in the future.
