Nail Masters & Spa

Nail Masters has a new regular! I came in today for my first time and was so impressed with how friendly and efficient the staff was. The environment is clean, relaxing, and spacious. Danny did my nails and they turned out exactly as I wanted! The prices are great and the service is fast. No sitting around for hours waiting to get your nails done. My husband also got a spa pedicure and loved his results!! We will be back, that is for sure!!

Is this place a front? There's NO WAY with the prices they charge and the amount of money coming in (based on reviews) that they can't afford updated polish, a mop, and an ability to sanitize the equipment. I gave this salon a try three times over the course of a year. Each time, the staff was rude and, even after saying no to gel multiple times, tried to use gel polish on my nails both the first and third time I visited (I brought my own nail polish the second time). This last visit really did it for me. Especially as someone who rarely gets their nails done and considers it a "treat". I got a regular pedicure and "manicure". Because of the lack of regular nail polish colors, I showed the nail tech a photo of nude soap nails (very simple). The tech made a fuss and so did her colleague. I asked for the MOST BASIC service and not only was I met with an attitude, but they simply could not do it. I left with a clear coat of nail polish (no lotion on my hands or even a gesture of care when handling my hands) and a very splotchy pedicure for $60. The salon is outdated, DIRTY, and just plain gross. The nail quipment is not sanitized as evidenced by the build-up of thick dead skin, nail polish, hair, and powder laying in the same basket and the equipment the tech used on my cuticles. When I walked to the counter to pay, one of the men (maybe the owner or manager) stayed seated on the couch on his phone and ignored me. I waited 5 minutes to be polite and then spoke up. He ordered another tech, who was busy with another client, to help me. The staff laughed when I walked out the door. Nice, right? I will bring my money to another salon in this town.

Been traveling here for many years. Usually just for fantastic pedicures! Now I have a teen who wants acrylics. We tried other places that broke and cracked in days so now this is also our nail place they do a great job and they last!. We do not live here, we have to plan a drive here so that is dedication!The staff is nice and sweet. Owner is often there and so happy to help you! Brought 2 girls they both got the same design and they both turned out great! Love this place.

Always a pleasure when I visit master nails. They do my full set perfectly flush with my my cuticle, perfect thickness. Above and beyond every time. Ask for Danny he’ll get your nails right. The deluxe pedicure was so amazing so relaxing and very affordable. Ms. B rocked it my pregnant feel were so sore. I left feeling like a whole new woman thank you thank you thank you.

I gave up on getting my nails done today until I walked into nail masters. My nails look absolutely beautiful! Excellent service and attention to detail. I will definitely be coming back next time for my fill!
