Always a wonderful experience at Facet! The team is so nice and my hair is always on point by my stylist, Nicole! She always takes extra steps to make my experience even better! Love having coffee served to me!❤️ always super clean and bright! The music 🎶 is always a pleasure too! It’s the most welcoming salon I’ve ever experienced!

My daughter's homecoming was last Saturday. Angie and the owner were amazing with her hair! And I can't leave out the phenomenal nail tech who with absolutely 0 notice took on the task of fixing my daughters nails when we had a bad result with a different girl from a different salon. They stepped up and made sure that she left there feeling like an absolute ROCKSTAR! Hair and nails were both on point! Thank you ladies so very much! We will definitely be back in the future!

I had 2 gift cards so I came in for a gel manicure. The girl who took care of me was familiar since during the school year I go to Maplewood often. I paid $55 plus a $10 tip and I didn’t want to say anything but the job was substandard. The nails were sloppy and she didn’t even use lotion or massage my hands. I was very disappointed. I know she’s going to college soon and I don’t want to get her in trouble but maybe you should monitor her work. It certainly wasn’t worth $55.

I absolutely love going to Facet! Nicole always makes me look so beautiful when I leave… The girls are wonderful, friendly very attentive. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

After salon hopping for years, I am proud to say that I have finally found my home at Facet Salon. I have been getting my hair done by this salon for 5+ years now & have loved my results every single time. The salon itself is beautiful with a plethora of services to offer. The stylists are all incredibly friendly & helpful. In particular, my stylist, Nicole, is AMAZING!! She is so knowledgeable in all things "hair" & always walks me through the consultation & every step of the process whether it's a cut, color, or treatment. She takes the time to personally get to know all of her clients & their styles which creates for the perfect result! I would highly recommend both Facet Salon & Nicole :)
