2025-07-03I have been a loyal customer for the past 8 years and always accommodated any stylist that was running behind. In some situations, this has been up to 30 minutes. I happen to run 10 minutes late today and received a phone call as I was pulling in that my appointment is canceled due to my short delay. Beyond frustrated and will not return!

2024-11-07My appointment was for a pedicure and my tech was very sweet and did her best. For the pricing of the pedicures I was surprised how little you get. No foot massage, the atmosphere is not relaxing in any way and another employee was very loud and swearing most of the time I was there. For such a beautiful place the basement for pedicures is not even close to a spa atmosphere.
