I do not recommend letting Bex color your hair. I had beautiful dark hair with beautiful highlights that I wanted updated. They had grown out. I was too impatient to wait for my normal hair stylist so I tied Bex. Biggest mistake of my life. She ruined my hair. If you look at the pictures, the dark hair is before and the lighter hair is what Bex did. Both were styled by me so I know how to style my hair or I did before she fried it. All I wanted was to bring my subtle highlights up and darken them, but she essentially bleached all of my hair. She left the bleach on for so long that some of it was purple from the toner. She called this a balayage but my hair looks nothing like the pictures I showed her of dark hair with highlights. My friends even thought she just gave me an all over color. The color now is after both Bex and the owner tried to fix it. My hair was less brittle after the owner fixed it but a lot of my hair has broken off and it’s extremely dry. I’ve never had this much hair fall off. I'm getting married in December and my hair is destroyed. I paid roughly $160 for this disaster. I just hope no one makes the same mistake I did. Don't let Bex touch your hair. I wish everyday I could have my beautiful natural hair back and that I never met Bex.

Jackson is a wonderful stylist and so lovely to work with. He's my go to for everything hair related as well as facial waxing. He is super easy to talk to and work with to achieve your hair goals. Jackson is very passionate about his profession and that reflects in everything he does.

Esther Bianco is hands down the best hair stylist I have ever been to, and I've been to countless ones all the way from Kalamazoo to Lansing to Detroit and metro Detroit. Her prices are more than fair for her work and experience. Trust her and the process and any recommendation she has, since she is truly the expert. The only caveat I could even say is to not wear any foundation to any appointment; she even says so herself 😅
