2025-05-31I was really disappointed with my bridal hair experience. The stylist Kaiden wasn’t able to recreate the look I showed her and agreed upon & offered no help with placing my veil or advice throughout. The whole process felt rushed, I didn’t feel like a priority as a bride. Worst of all, my curls completely fell out within twenty minutes. I reached out right away, but she said she was already back at work and couldn’t come fix it—which is unacceptable on someone’s wedding day when being paid for bridal hair. She offered no apology & she sent a colleague for her instead about forty five minutes later - but in the end, my maid of honor had to re-curl my hair because of the time & needing to be ready for the wedding. I expected a higher level of care and attention for a wedding service. Not the experience I expected, and I wouldn’t recommend for bridal styling.
