What I asked for vs what I got . the man who did my nails was in such a hurry, you can tell how bumpy they are he was trying to file out bumps as he was painting them . He acknowledged they were green and just said sorry but all done ? These nails were $80 (including $10 tip) The guy who did my nails his lamp said Tyler but idk if that’s his name . Only giving 3 stars because I’ve been here before and they did a really great job but forbid this had been my first time I’d probably never come back. when I arrived there were 2 others waiting, they sat all 3 of us at the same time every chair was full, a man came and drilled off my old polish then just walked away to another girl and I waited 20 minutes, had to move chairs then finally the guy started . The women next to me had been soaking nails for 30 minutes 🤦🏻‍♀️ she eventually told them just get the gunk off my nails and I’ll go . EDIT: went in for a fix and Helen was such a sweet person! The tech did an amazing job and fixed them at no charge, very very fast response to my review and got them fixed same day! I appreciate the fact that customer reviews are important to this salon! Will definitely be back and will request Helen! Added pic of the redo as well.

Took my mom and niece/goddaughter here as I am a regular! Love Helen and Sarah. They are the best! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Always do great quality work and designs. They treated my mom and niece with extra care and compassion. My mom was hurt and couldn’t come with me recently and they have all been asking and checking in on how she is doing. They are more than just a great nail salon. They care about you as clients, customers, and friends!

my new favorite place! this is the first time i’ve been here and im beyond impressed. Ken took his time to make sure all the nails were shaped perfectly. He also did beyond amazing on matching the design to my inspo. Definitely coming back!

Edit: I went back in and they were very understanding, Tyler fixed my nails and did a great job! I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and I’ve never had an issue until yesterday. I got a fill in and the design I wanted had gems on it, I was told they didn’t have gems which confused me because I have gotten gems put on before at this place. I said it was fine and moved on, my nails are still very cute but do not really look like what I asked for. Then I got my pedicure which did not include the foot massage that is supposed to be included. It was also a little painful but I thought maybe the person doing them was just a little more rough than what I’m used to. When I got home and took my shoes off my sock was soaked in blood, I then discovered a cut on my big toe. For $128.40 plus a tip I am disappointed. Pictures for reference
