Absolutely horrible service on my manicure with SNS. Didn’t even bother to clean them up at the end, I have gel all over my fingers. Underneath my nails are caked with dip powder. Cut my skins with the cuticle clippers. The skin around my fingers is absolutely burning from the cuts and applying alcohol after. Seemed like she was just going through the motions and did not care how they looked. This is the worst manicure I’ve ever had.

If you want crooked and ugly nails then this is the place to go. I had to come here three times for them to “fix” my nails. 1st time: the lady who did my nails was constantly hurting me, she had acrylic all on the sides of my fingers and was cutting my cuticles horribly causing me to bleed. 2nd time: I had to return because my gel nail polish began chipping the very next day. They offered to fix it since they do not do refunds at all. Sheri did a pretty good job fixing them. 3rd time: my nails began chipping again! I asked if they could just remove my nails but they said said that they could “fix” it again, just for the third nail tech to be rude and comment on how I want MY nails and mess up my nails again by making them thick and rounded. Overall bad experience. Management is to blame because most of their nail polish looked expired and that’s probably while people keep complaining about their nail polish chipping. Also, some of the nail techs there obviously need more training. Now I will have to go pay somewhere else to remove my nails because they are crooked and they would probably mess that up too.

This place gave me FUNGUS on my nails. They are unsanitary and rude! After they did my nails, two weeks later I had my nails removed only to find FUNGUS under my acrylic nails and on my own nails. When I went back to this salon to show them, the “manager” Sherry, she told me that it was my own fault for how I take care of my nails. I told her that I have no history getting fungus on my nails ever. She then started to VIDEO RECORD me on her personal phone. I went in there very respectfully and I don’t know if she was trying to get a reaction out of me but she was rude. And no one from this UNSANITARY nail salon has even apologized to me! I gave the owner about 3 weeks to contact me and I haven’t heard from anyone. They won’t even give me a refund. This has been a frustrating and embarrassing situation for me. They will be reported to the State Board of Cosmetology and the BBB. My initial experience here was horrible too. I had to come here 3 TIMES for them to fix my nails.

The team at Bora Bora is as amazing! After a tough experience at a different salon, their crew jumped right in and made my daughter’s day by giving her just what she asked for. 🩷 Thanks for taking the time to make her nails look gorgeous!

Sherri did a beautiful job in a timely manner! She made sure i checked them out every step of the way to be sure i liked them. They also offer nice drinks. Recommend!
