She really worked out the tight spots in my back and legs without overdoing it — just the right amount of pressure. I walked out feeling so much better and already looking forward to my next visit. I recently have had a lot of soreness in my mid back and Anna was great at finding those knots and rubbing them out! She made me feel very comfortable and stayed professional. Thanks so much! My back feels loose and relaxed now!

2025-06-30My husband and I booked a relaxation couples massage for our anniversary. The entire atmosphere is relaxing. You have a choice of complementary tea or water upon arrival. The massage room was decorated beautifully with dim lighting and decorative battery powered and lights that looked as if they were arranged in the shape of trees. Very aesthetically pleasing. Lakyn and Liz were the massage therapists that provided our massages. Both were very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and had positive attitudes. The massages were amazing. The warm towels were a lovely feature. We were offered complimentary water or champagne when the massages concluded. We left feeling very relaxed. I would definitely recommend Elite Retreat Massage and Health Spa. They accept both FSA and HSA cards, if you would like to use them.

2025-10-01It was my very first time getting a massage, and I ended up having an anxiety attack. The lady who helped me. I believe her name was summer. She was absolutely wonderful and very kind. And helping And very understanding about how I felt she made my experience very nice and relaxing. I really appreciated her being patient with me.
