2025-12-17They did NOT use sterile tools! I should have walked out. Used old nail files, tools were not taken out of sterile packages - or any package for that matter. The woman pushed my cuticles back first and then soaked my hands...that made no sense. She also just did not do a good job cutting my cuticles. I got a glitter polish and its all thick and lumpy. All I got was a regular, simple manicure - nothing fancy. Go somewhere else and make sure the tools are sterile. In the pics you can still see hangnails! Its hard to photograph the lumps but there is like less polish at the tips of the nails...ugh... Update...24 hours later it completely chipped off...

2025-11-13I am not sure of the name of the nail tech that did my nails today but he did an amazing job. I got exactly what I wanted but better and they look amazing!!! I always come here because they are so gentle and they always do amazing with the designs. I will forever go to Halo Nails to get my nails done.
