I went in for acrylics and nail art which couldn’t be done. She tried to put on stickers but they didn’t work well and when i told her my dissatisfaction, she acted as if it were my fault and then stated that she could “try” to do the nail art. I paid a lot just to put on acrylics and not even get what I fully wanted. One hand is shorter than the other, and almost all of my nails are crooked. Pictured is what I got and what I asked for. I emailed and got no response. Will not be returning. If I could give it 0 stars i would.

My wife purchased a massage for me. Was really looking forward to it but turns out they have a male masseur who is frankly creepy. Felt completely uncomfortable and the massage was not good. I can’t imagine the women of Hudson feel comfortable with this person. Would not recommend for massage services.

I’ve visited this lovely salon regularly for the past year. Alyssa Butcher has become our whole family’s stylist. Each and every time I come, I’ve been very impressed with her kindheartedness and skill. I’ve recently endured a catastrophic accident followed by trauma surgery and I’ve been unable to do my own hair or makeup. The salon’s interior is relaxing and easy to maneuver; the staff is welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I love Aveda products but this is my first time going to an Aveda salon. Alyssa is always cheerful and attentive and goes out of her way to ensure her clients are very comfortable and happy. I cannot recommend this salon highly enough.

My friend and I visited Simply Swank to celebrate my birthday. We both took a day off work and our day of fun included a Signature Spa Pedicure at Simply Swank. We are both long time clients of the salon and spa. I no longer get my hair styled there as my stylist opened her own salon, but will occasionally visit for spa pampering or product purchases. I would like to start my review by saying my Signature Spa Pedicure experience with Meagan was excellent. The service lasted 60 minutes as described and my feet looked and felt great! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ to her. However, my friend a long time and regular hair and spa client had a different experience. While she was happy with her pedicure, her service was approximately half the time. While finishing up her technician even made a point to explain to my friend that my technician was new therefore slower. Feeling confused and giving my friend’s technician the benefit of the doubt we decided to inquire whether my friend was mistakenly booked for an Express Pedicure which is described as a 30 minute service. The main difference between the two is the length of time and a minor difference is you elect a scrub OR lotion. Both reception and the salon manager confirmed my friend received a Signature Spa Pedicure because she had all the listed services and also reiterated that my technician was new, therefore still learning and slower. I equate this to signing up for a 60 minute massage and it only lasting 30 minutes then told because it was full body it was in fact a 60 minute massage even though it lasted 30 minutes. This is upsetting for my friend essentially paid an extra $18 for one extra application and was left sitting half the time while I continued to get pampered. Also when reception checked out us out before we even approached the desk or asking how we’d like to pay. She debited both our credits on file even though my friend intended to treat for my birthday. While I planned on paying for my own service, but they shouldn’t assume. Overall I would advise anyone seeking a pedicure to save yourself $18 and opt for an Express Pedicure and apply lotion yourself at the end. To Simply Swank treat your new stylists/trainees AND long time regular customers better.

The best place to get my hair done. Megan is absolutely sweet and kind and listens. My hair is doing amazing since Megan took care of me. Simply Swank has very kind employees. They have amazing facials and I can’t wait to get a pedicure. I highly recommend Simply Swank and I won’t go no where else. Thank you Simply Swank for always making your customers top priority!
