I absolutely love NV Nails! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such kindness and warmth. The salon is clean, relaxing, and has such a calm, welcoming vibe. My nail tech Vincent, who turned out to be the owner took his time and made sure every detail was perfect, you can really tell they care about their work and their clients. My nails turned out absolutely gorgeous, exactly what I had in mind and even better than I expected! They have a great selection of colors and designs, and the atmosphere makes you feel pampered and at ease the whole time. If you’re looking for a place that delivers both quality and genuine care, NV Nails is it. Usually I have great luck at this salon other than high prices and everyone is friendly and welcoming and I get exactly what I ask for. This time, not at all. Although everyone was friendly that I had talked to, I am disappointed in my nails that I received. They are not shaped properly, there’s a hair stuck under one, and over all stuff is stuck in the polish and cured into the nail because the woman did not remove the stuff from the nail before asking me to put my hand under the UV light. I would’ve asked her to remove it if I were to have noticed it before I left. I’m not pleased with getting a different technician every time I go here, I don’t know any of their names who do my nails either so I can’t even say for sure who did my nails. I did however say it was okay for her to do the french tip to the point that my natural nail was showing but under the light it didn’t look so bad. I would’ve preferred a darker base or even more coats to cover up the natural nail. I was generous with my tip and tipped over 20% when it was $48 and I tipped $10. That was way more than what they deserved because I am in no way satisfied with my nails. Not to mention these simple french tips took 2 hours when my detailed homecoming nails (shown below) took less than 45 minutes The paint on my nails is chipping too. To top it all off, the woman who did my nails was very rough with my cuticles and they are damaged and sore.

I’ve been a loyal client here for a while and have always supported this business, but my last experience left me really upset. I asked to have my nails taken off, and the way they did it was completely wrong — it hurt so badly, and now one of my real nails is actually falling off. I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I called Anne, the owner, to explain what happened. She did apologize, but it honestly didn’t feel sincere — like she didn’t really care about what I went through. There was no real concern, no offer to make things right, and no refund after I spent good money trusting them with my nails. I have pictures showing the damage, and I’ll be posting them as well. I’m genuinely disappointed because I’ve been such a loyal customer, and I would hate for anyone else to go through this kind of pain or treatment.

Annie and her staff are absolutely amazing I take my wife here just to get her nails done but Annie has become like family to us! She asks my wife Amanda how my health is after life saving surgery. I recommend this place for everyone in the area. Hell maybe one day I will even let my wife talk me into one of these manicure things hahaha

I started coming here this year and have never had a bad experience— everyone is extremely talented and polite. Vanessa especially always makes sure my nails look amazing, her shape game is unmatched🔥🔥
