Rosie has won over the heart of all the ladies in this house! After over a year of working on my nails, my 6 and 8 year old now get in on the fun. They love Rosie’s designs and pampering. She is incredibly talented, kind and attentive. She never rushes and always makes sure you are happy before you leave. From sweet treat surprises for my girls to these awesome back-to-school designs, we can’t imagine going anywhere else!

This was my first time at BB nails in Grove City and my experience was amazing. My daughter took me here after many nail disappointments from other nail salons. At first I was skeptical, but that changed very quickly after meeting Mono, who did my nails! He was extremely friendly, gentle with my hands, and amazing overall. I will definitely be coming back here again!! No more searching, Mono is my nail guy for good!!!

My GO-TO 24/7 365 😝!!! I hope this doesn’t make my secret spot a little more complicated to get serviced lol. Worth every penny 😊 Update: 10/8/25 To improve service I would recommend not rushing. Also consider the fact that some clients are very specific and not New to getting their nails done. My nails are two different lengths on my left hand right hand. I was very unsatisfied. I also did not get my full nail painted in resulting of me being completely dissatisfied. I would give one star out of five, but this is my go to shop so I’m gonna be nice and give two out of five, but let’s not start letting the service slack. You guys are amazing.

Went here yesterday with my boyfriend. He only wanted the basic pedicure. The lady basically forced him to up the pedicure because the new client 15% off. He was trying to be respectful, he did just agreed. The experience was extremely mediocre at best. Barely cut any skin around the toes. No pressure during massage. I had to change the nail polish because the first color I chose left a lip at the bottom of my toes. Second color almost looks like maybe she put too much and it cracked on the bottom, so I’m gonna assume it was operator’s error by who was painting them. Only had issues with the big toe with both colors. Color isn’t even completely on my nails 🙁 You can still see skin around my toes too. We spent $156 on 2 pedicures that we honestly could have had a better experience if we did them ourselves.
