Luxury Nails Colerain

I've been to this nail salon three times and the first two visits were fine. The third visit made me reconsider going back. I went in getting the same service as I always do sns manicure and luxury pedicure. Well yesterday my price was higher with a coupon 😳. So I asked why and original I was told because of my service. Online a dip manicure is 56 dollars and I was charged 70. When the nail tech step in he said the price was different from last time because he didn't do a manicure so it was cheaper. Which was upsetting to hear because last time (second visit) I requested a manicure and paid for one but didn't get my full service. Then when I spoke with the manager she told me it was because of my nail length. My nails are natural and has been about the length each time i've came. I told her my length has never been an issue before. She then tells me some nail techniques charge extra for length. I proceeded to tell her that Johny has done my nails every time. She smiled and said oh I'm sorry as if it was nothing she could do. I left and called to speak to the manager (didn't realize the woman I was originally speaking to was the manager), after speaking to her she offered me a 20% off my next visit. I originally started coming here because my nail tech was on leave and I was recommended to go see Johny. After I did my research I noticed they were a bit cheaper so it was a plus for me. However, if they're going to charge me Ambiance prices without the service they give me, I'll gladly do my business them. Don't get me wrong the service is good, but playing with people money isn't cool.

This is such a wonderful and clean spa! The staff is so friendly and professional. They have a large variety of colors to choose from. I personally LOVE Johnny. He is very talented and patient with his customers. He strives for everyone to leave happy with their services. Dolly also did a wonderful job with my pedicure. I love that she pays attention to details. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Did a full set & $85 Luxury pedi w/Lynn. She was quick w/o rushing me (my full set took maybe 40 mins with a take off) shaped right (I’m picky). Pedicure included one of the best massages I had and worth every dollar! Total was $155 so $167 with taxes. They have an ATM that only charges $1 fee so I tipped her $40 in cash. I’ll definitely be back to see her! Recommend her to anyone who likes a cute simple set, and all their nails the same shape. She’s soft spoken, sweet, communicates well and I left satisfied. I wanted to get an eyebrow wax but it was closing time, so I’ll save that for next time. See you soon!

First time @ Luxury Nail Spa. I made an appointment on line for same day. My appointment was with Sophia today. Sophia did a fantastic job! I had SNS for my nails W/french tip over it. I had a Deluxe gel pedicure . Sophie is very personable and efficient at what she does. Plus she was managing a lot of customers that showed up at the same time but not together. Everyone working was able to get every customer in and out quickly , but managed to spend enough time to make you comfortable. I definitely will be back! Thank you Sophia for taking care of me.

I got black cat eye nails and they looked amazing. My nail person Dalton did really good with the shape and details and was so nice. The ladies at the salon were also very nice and helpful. I will be coming back for sure!
