Ambiance Nail Spa

Four family members, including myself got pedicures for my birthday. All the technicians were on time. The two guys were super funny and friendly. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their foot massage and we ordered mimosas. It’s so great to have a bar at the nail salon and it’s always 5 o’clock somewhere right regardless if we were there at 10 in the morning! Lol

Headline: Poor Quality Work Paired with Rude Service I had a very disappointing experience at your salon. While the quality of the service is important, the customer service I received was unacceptable. The nail technician who assisted me was rude, dismissive, and clearly lacked interest in providing a pleasant experience. Regarding the actual service, the styling of the nails was subpar. The shape is uneven, and the final look is not what I asked for. When I tried to politely address the issue, I was met with a dismissive attitude. I believe the business needs to address both the quality of the finish and, more urgently, the need for better training in customer service. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

Tyler did my pedicure. When I tell you I haven’t ever wanted to step on hardwood floors or and man’s full blown body before like I did yesterday October 7th 2025! My Nephew treated me and his Grandmother to a Royal Pedicure Service where we got our feet dipped in a bag with hot wax and stone massages that can last for a lifetime memory. It was a 7 star service all the way around from the greeting coming through the door as well as all comedian show from our pedicurist and wine and water serving from the gentle staff . Tyler’s hands were a blessing to my whole body and I definitely recommend Tyler for anyone upon the face of this earth! Tyler was amazing with a soft and vigorous touch with needed took his time service. Just know that I hope to get that service that can’t be duplicated everywhere but there’s only one Tyler. Thank you for your service Tyler and Ambiance thank you for your wonderful staffing ❤️❤️❤️!

The Beckett Ambiance Nail Salon is amazing! I always have a great customer experience every time I go in to get my nails done. The staff here are kind and friendly and always make sure the service you get is done right and in a timely manner. Highly recommend coming here the next time you get your nails done!

They do a great job. I'm over 60 and decided to give them the $100 every 10 weeks that I was giving my podiatrist. Much more worth the money. I still go my doc annually, because I'm not stupid. I liked one technician. When I asked was told her name was Lani. I asked for her when I set my appointment, but she was not my technician. I just need to figure out the technician that did a great job for me in June, but don't know how.
