2025-03-30I am new to the area and B. Beautiful was recommended to me by a friend. The staff connected me to Erica for my curly hair. I'd had my hair cut by the same person for all my life and have struggled to find a good person/cosmetologist since her retirement. Going to Erica for just a trim/cleanup, more volume with my natural hair habits in mind- nothing crazy- was comfortable, straightforward and I'm looking forward to returning for a step forward and trying something new. I'd recommend the environment, the people and the music choices!

2025-04-28The stylist that was assigned to me did not know how to do an updo. It was my sons wedding and my hair fell out soon after dinner. It did not look good. I wish she would have recommended me to not have an updo with the length of my hair. Very disappointed.
