Wouldnt even give 1 star Horrible service nice people but they don’t communicate well hair is not even close to what we wanted after getting it done they said that something like that would take a couple appointments and b4 that after we called back and talked about it the 1st time said that it won’t be exactly like that because of the color of her hair which don’t make sense should have just told us from the beginning it could take a couple appointments and took way to much hair off of her ends but and we said only a inch sorry but horrible service and a horrible job didn’t even wanna work with us after the fact payed 85 for this~ update after she took a shower this is the final results wouldn’t recommend this place just got to downtown roots

I get my hair cut here. Really experienced stylist. Could not recommend this Salon enough.

I started out with blonde hair and asked for strawberry blonde. The first visit my stylist was not able to get the color I wanted. I gave her several inspo photos, highlighting the fact that I wanted my hair to have a decent amount of pink in it to achieve what I wanted. By the end of the visit the pink was barely visible and when she styled my curly hair she left most of it wet and rushed me out due to her other client arriving. I did walk away the first visit with a nice haircut and some layers but that didn't justify the $120+ spent. I reached out to my stylist and told her I was unhappy. She was very responsive and wanted to fix it free of charge. I went back and told her I wanted more pink with lighter blonde highlights to make the pink stand out more. I showed her the inspo photos again and asked a few questions to make sure we were on the same page. By the end of the visit I had some more blonde highlights that don't blend well with my current color and pink roots, which look very weird especially now that its been a few weeks since the visit. Both visits totaled about 6 hours. I don't believe my stylist was receptive and instead of doing what I wanted she did what she wanted to my hair. Just to note: my hair is very blonde already, adding strawberry/pink/cherry color is very doable. I do believe there are stylists at this salon that will do a good job, but the stylist I had did not listen or get me even close to what I was looking for.
