Spa Kalahari & Salon

I recently visited this spa and scheduled a head spa and mini facial in person. The front desk staff quoted me $129 for the service and instructed me to arrive 15 minutes early, which was also confirmed by text. I was under the impression the service would last about 90 minutes. When I arrived at 8:45 a.m., the doors were still locked, and several other clients were waiting. The staff opened the doors around 9:00 a.m., and after completing paperwork, my service began late. The esthetician was kind but talked continuously throughout the treatment, which made it difficult to relax. The service itself felt rushed and underwhelming, and I left unsure whether it even lasted a full hour. At checkout, I was charged approximately $160, not the $129 I was originally quoted. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, either in quality or value, based on how the spa presents itself. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this spa.

I visited the Spa today, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! Arika was a wonderful hostess. Sherri gave me the most amazing relaxation massage—her technique was perfect, and I left feeling completely renewed and stress-free. Then, Allyson worked her magic with a heavenly spa pedicure. She was so attentive, and my feet have never felt or looked better! The staff’s professionalism, the serene atmosphere, and the quality of the services were all top-notch. I will definitely be back!

The spa was nice and relaxing. The waiting room is peaceful. We did enjoy the halo spa. The only thing is we wished, was that we could have done either 2 twenty minute sessions or 1 hf hour option. I also got an express pedi prior to the salt spa. The tech was so nice and made good conversation. Salt spa after pedi not the best idea BUT had i known they don’t paint a topcoat with gel or anything..i wouldn’t have got the pedicure at all because well it was a waste. Most of the polish came off in the waterpark the next day.

This spa is efficient, clean and very relaxing. The staff that we encountered were so personable and friendly. Made the experience that much more enjoyable! 10/10 recommend! Allison and Ashley are amazing, my friend and I enjoyed chatting with them! The express manicure & pedicure is what I got and loved my results!

I just had the best massage and experience of my life with Scott Yang!! He made me feel so comfortable and pointed out all the problems i’ve been having and didn’t even realize it was related to tight muscles. He is honestly the best massage therapist I’ve ever had and I recommend him to anyone and everyone! I will be back 10/10
