Great spa the service was great my wife and I just finished. The girls that helped us were super friendly every thing was clean great atmosphere love it. We will return next time in the future.

The spa is beautiful and calm. The decor is nature-inspired and elegant. They went the extra mile accommodating our group for my mom’s birthday. There was a welcome sign with our names upon arrival. All the nail techs were super friendly. Mom was impressed and said she’d come back for sure.

I routinely see Madison for my gel extensions and I am always so pleased! She gives me ideas when I’m not sure, she is quick and precise, and she’s extremely kind and sweet. She cares about her customers and spends the time to give the nails proper care so they last and look their best. I always look forward to our appointments! I have seen other nail techs at serenity- and all of them are professional and great. It’s a friendly and clean salon.

I had: a VIP pedicure: 4/5 a manicure: 2/5 a massage: 2/5 The pedicure was good but not the best. I expected a bit more for the price. Was hoping for a better massage, but it was good. My toes came out very nice. The manicure was ok at best. I liked my nail tech, but I originally wanted ombre gel, but she told me she doesn't really do designs. I'm not sure why the person who scheduled didn't disclose this. Ombre isn't really nail art, but it does require a more advanced skillset. I ended up just going with no gel and using the OPI infinite shine upgrade for 5 extra dollars. The polish job is not good. The coverage was partial, as you can see from the pictures. She did not do the tips over the edge, so this polish job will not even last a couple days. In fact, the polish is already coming off at the tips and I babied them today. I also stayed for 15 to 20 minutes after and sat under the light/dryer. I feel bad writing this because the tech was so nice and I liked her, but the job itself was not good. Now the massage, it was in no way good. They put me in the tiniest room. It was so tiny rhe masseuse could not move around the room with out bumping into me. There was no air circulation. And the massage itself was hardly any pressure. I do not care for deep tissue and im really not picky, but this just felt so incredibly light. In fact, I have never even written a bad review for a massage. But this was not good. I'm sure satisfaction is very dependent on the tech, but oof. I was excited to have all those services, but how can two of the three be this bad? The pictures are from the SAME day I had the services done. You can see lack of coverage on the color coats and the top coat. And they somehow have a couple tiny pin holes, like air bubbles maybe? I've never seen anything like it. Overall, 3/5 and I think I'm being pretty generous considering I spent around $300 in total (including more than 20% tips each) and at least $200 of that was on services that were not good. I really wanted to like them.

I've been going to Madison for years now, and I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails! She always does an amazing job with my artificial gel nails — they look absolutely perfect every single time. Not only do they look beautiful, but they also last until my next balance without any issues. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and consistency are unmatched. If you're looking for a nail tech who truly cares about the quality of her work and your satisfaction, I can’t recommend her enough!
