I really debated on leaving a review but I think this needs to be said. This was my second time here for context. The first time I went to get an acrylic nail fixed because my normal girl wasn’t available and honestly the work wasn’t very good. The nail was extremely flat and it hurt for a few days after she “repaired” the nail. But I thought maybe she was a new nail tech so I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I decided to go back and give them a second try to get my acrylic nails off. I went to this salon because I thought it would be easier since it’s closer to my house and my normal nail girl is in Dublin. So because this isn’t my first time getting my acrylic nails off I have a good idea of what the process is. To start off the tech that did my nails talked mad crap about my normal nail girl the entire time and my normal nail girl has been doing nails for a long time and I really like her work. The girl started off the process by soaking my acrylics for such a short period of time, didn’t even wrap them or anything just had me put my hands in a plastic bag with acetone in it. That was a new one for me. Then she used the drill on my nails after it barely soaked and burned every single one of my nails. I have never felt a burning sensation on my nails like that before, it felt so hot to the touch and she just kept drilling. I could tell she just wanted to hurry the process along, not even caring what my nails would look like or that it was burning my fingers. The funny part is, she tried to tell me that it was because of my previous nail girl over drilling and the crazy marks she was making on my nails (that I literally was watching her do) was from my regular nail girl. After she got all the acrylic off and burned my nails to hell, she put on nail polish. The nail polish looked horrendous and you could see all the creases and dents she made into my nails. Needless to say, my nails are ruined until they grow out. That was the worst nail painting job I’ve ever seen and have never had so many issues with removing acrylics before. I will not be going back. I would totally give them zero stars if I could. I regret paying for these and tipping out of the kindness of my heart. Here’s pictures of my nails once I somewhat got the crappy nail polish off so you can see the damage. Never had damage like this in previous times getting acrylics off.

I've been going here for over 4 years and have only good things to say! I've never had a bad experience. The whole staff are very friendly and work very hard to make sure you're satisfied with your service. I recommend Elodie to everyone that asks me where to get their nails done.

From the moment I checked in, the service was excellent! I was greeted right away and shown where to find the colors, which made things super easy. My nail tech, Chloe, was amazing—she did exactly what I asked for and took her time to make sure everything was perfect. Even though she was running a little behind with other clients, she never rushed my appointment and still gave me such great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I am so thankful I found Elodie!! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, cared about and that my business mattered. Nikki and Katherine, were professional, friendly, welcoming and I immediately knew I made the right choice! The salon is clean, beautiful, relaxing and the staff is the icing on the cake! They have a Summer Pedicure that I chose and I will definitely be back. Lynn, my nail professional as wonderful as everything else! I will be back to see her without a doubt and bring my friends! Please do not pass Elodie up, I promise you won't be disappointed!

I have nothing but good things to say about Elodie. Cassia did my nails today and I couldn't have been more happy with how they turned out. She was super friendly, did an amazing job, and even helped me choose a good base cat eye color to compliment the copper designs.
