Love this salon. Kevin is always greeting guest with a smile and all the nail techs do great work. I have been to Paradise and Nareè and they both are really good with Pedis and nail art.

I have been getting my nails done with Judy for almost 2 years now. She’s the only nail technician I’ve found that will use dip powder/gel polish combo so I don’t have to soak off the dip each time I come, which has helped prevent SO much unnecessary damage to my nail. The best part? My polish doesn’t chip and they last a solid 4 weeks… sometimes more! She makes it so quick and easy

I got my nails done here twice by the same person both times. The first time, I got a beautiful french manicure with chrome… only for all my nails to pop off within 2 weeks of getting them done. My nails typically always stay on for at least a month and only need redone because of grow out but I assumed it was my problem so I came back again for a basic black manicure. Not sure what happened but my nails have actually never looked worse.

I originally came in for a gelx mani and did not have a great experience. However, I came back in to get them fixed and my second time in was lovely. My nails look great, and they were done with care and attention to detail. Overall, I’m very happy with my visit and will definitely be back! (The “after” photo was the one taken outdoors)

Highly disappointed and will not be returning after being a repeat customer. I walked in today for a new gel x set + gel polish toe change. The lady who did my gel x set added a chrome at the end of my service WITHOUT me asking for it (I’m assuming to make up for her being on a phone call for 30+ minutes and walking away multiple times during my service because afterwards she said “so sorry..for free Merry Christmas nails” or something along those lines as there was a language barrier. I was confused as to why she would do that, and thought that maybe they would grow on me.. but before I even got home I decided that I hated them. They looked so bad outside and completely changed the color I picked out. They looked like childish ornaments. I returned to the salon, explained to the lady at the desk what happened and she got me the next available tech. My polish change took about 30 minutes due to the tech having to do a wax on another client and then having to remove the polish, totally fine! But it wasn’t until she started painting that a younger lady came up to me and said that I will be paying FULL PRICE again because I’m “changing my color” …. I told her I wasn’t changing my color, it’s the same one I picked out, but that I didn’t want the chrome overtop because I DID NOT ASK FOR IT. I told her that I came back the SAME DAY for the fix. She got rude with me and said that I should have spoke up the first time I came in because “now this tech isn’t going to be paid”. I was fully planning on giving yet again ANOTHER cash tip to the tech for fixing my nails. Very unprofessional and greedy!! I should have been told when I walked in that I would have to pay again, not after I made eye contact with this lady multiple times within those 30 minutes who waited till my nails were being repainted. I did not see a sign anywhere that said so and if that was the case, every employee should know that because I should have been made aware before the service started. Only after letting them both know that I will never be returning to this salon, the lady doing my nails said no charge. Very unprofessional.
