I have been going to lux Queen Nails since in the spring. I have gotten pedicures and gel manicures. The last two times I got Nail art. They always do a great job! They have always been very nice and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I absolutely LOVE getting my nails done at this place. I get the dip powder and I can go an entire month without them chipping or breaking. The staff are all so friendly and they do such an amazing job every time.

My boyfriend and I got manicures and pedicures for his birthday. We did not have an appointment so to speak. I called and they got us right in. I have cat eye acrylics and "What Happens in Vegas" collection number 105 gel polish on my toes. We got the volcano pedicures and it was amazing. Thank you all💚

I made an appointment online with Ann which was a mistake. (Going back online I see can not pick tech on line) I went in for my appointment. The lady at the front desk very nice. Just pick my colors and go to table. Went to her table. She came out asking questions and speaking in her language to the other technicians. She was not happy very rude didn’t ask many questions. I have never had my nails look so bad for the amount I paid. Nor treated so badly in a salon. The sad part is I told her anyone can take care of my nails. She ignored what I was saying. None of my nails are the same shape. I have had pedicures that were excellent by other techs.

I have been going here to get my nails done for quiet sometime However this time I needed a fill, the lady said she would rather just take them off. Bad grown out a bit, so I said no problem. She ripped them off hurting my natural nail. Several times I told her I wanted square nails showed her a picture of the Matt black. She left me with long coffin nails. That are lumpy. The paint looks very bad. She didn't buff the acrylic out she was in a hurry. Several other people come in saying they had an appointment at 2 with her. She left me setting for 20 minutes and went to the back. I don't know if she went on break. Or what she did this was the worst experience and my nails look like utter crap for $75 plus I tipped her. So 85 total. I didn't even get to go wash my hands. I was pushed and rushed out. I wasn't gonna leave a review, but I did send pictures of my nails. And message them and they decided not to respond or say, come in, and let me get the chunks of dried acrylic alpha under your nail that I left there or let me fix the humps, bumps and lumps. I could have done this kind of job at home I'm not going back there. I felt very disappointed cheated, and my fingers are sore. Who has to use bleed powder when removing a set of nails added photo if what I asked for ..
