2025-09-27My daughter had an appointment for homecoming hairstyle. She requested waterfall braids with curls. The check-in staff was very welcoming; she was given a goodie bag for being a first-time customer. We were invited to the coffee bar which was well stocked with a variety of teas, water, lemonade, wine, and GREAT coffee! Her stylist was Andrea, who was very sweet and did an amazing job giving my daughter exactly what she wanted. I went to Michael's 23 years ago for a full day spa experience on my wedding day. At the time, Michael's had the reputation of being the premiere destination in Dayton. Decades later, they have consistently maintained top quality service and a pleasant experience. I am thankful that they were able to kick off my daughter's first homecoming with a beautiful hairstyle!

Nadia did 4 bridesmaids, one bride, and one mother of the bride on my wedding day and we all looked phenomenal! Salud did all of our makeup, including lashes and it was great! We’ve been through so many styles, lengths, and colors through the years. Everything from chocolate brown long bobs to platinum blonde pixie cuts to multicolor sunset shag cuts and she always makes my hair look great! It’s my one splurge on myself and I’m always happy I’ve gone.
