Creative Nail & Spa

This was my third visit with Linda and she has been wonderful! She’s great to talk to and always goes above and beyond and my nails always looks amazing! I always enjoy my visits with her!

This was my first visit to Creative Nails, after recently moving to the area. The salon is pretty and clean, and pedicure chairs are very comfortable. Dee was meticulous with nail prep, color application and foot exfoliation. She’s obviously experienced. I made a future appointment with her

I truly loved this place! Everyone was kind and was willing to go out of their way to make it a good experience. I also appreciated them calling me to ask if I could come 15 minutes later because they were running behind. At other places I have waited 30 or more minutes for my nail appointment. I will recommend Creative Nails to my friends.

The pedicure & manicure were fine, no problem. The reason for the 3 stars is how they made me feel. I had enjoyed the pedicure and manicure. The last thing that needed to be done was my nail polish. Someone, not sure if it was an owner, or manager, comes over to the gal getting ready to paint my nails and tells her to go up front and that she would do my polish because they had someone coming in at 5:00. What was I ? Chopped meat? And then to add insult to injury this gal rushed through doing my polish and I ended up with places that had polish on my cuticles. Oh, and they were just fine with calling me before my appointment asking if it would be OK if I came in 10 minutes later than my scheduled appointment. Guess my time didn't matter as much as the people coming in at 5:00. I will not be going back.

Our family stopped in for a girls outing, including a three year old (first of many pedicures). Everyone was so nice and talented and the manager, Ms. Chau, was so patient And fun playing 100 questions with the 3yo. The pedicures were relaxing and e polish looks great! Not to mention, it was so clean! I would highly recommended to anyone in the Columbus and Powell area!
