Scott Talbot Salonspa

I had an appointment scheduled for 1130. Arrived at 11:20 and checked in at the front desk. She said it would be a few minutes and go ahead and have a seat. I proceeded to sit for 45 min with not a word from anyone in the salon. At that time, I went back to the desk and kindly asked what was happening, and reminded her that I had been sitting there, and I have other things scheduled that afternoon. The young lady at the desk said she was going to go talk to the stylist, came back to inform me that the stylist had to curl someone’s hair first and she would be with me in a bit, which would take at least another 15-30 min. At that point it would be a hour and fifteen min past my appointment time for her to even get started! The stylist never came out and apologized, no managers apology, no one asked if I was even able to wait. I guess I’m just expected to waste my time without any accountability from the stylist. I’ve never felt so invisible! This appointment was scheduled as a “new client” appointment. Scott Talbot in Canton did NOT make a good impression. Their customer service skills are lacking, to say the least. And they could use some training on scheduling clients. My time is just as valuable as everyone else’s. I seriously don’t mind waiting a few extra min but this was beyond anything I’ve experienced. 4-5 people at the desk, chatting and no one is checking on customers? I’m so disappointed. I have autoimmune issues and don’t get out much. This was a big deal for me. I was so excited to feel human and get a haircut for the holidays. Such a disappointment. Probably better I walked out because at that point she would have been in a rush with me because she was so far behind schedule.

Paige did my haircut and style, and I am so happy with how my hair looked! The price point, time it took to get my hair done, and the end result were all so perfect. I will absolutely be going back to Paige the next time I have an event to go to ❤️

The owner and Katie Monter has done an amazing job fixing my daughters hair that was messed up by Alex .. Katie gave my daughter alot of information and Joe gave her treatments and got her hair fixed with no cost to us!!! Extremely impressed with salon owner and Katie definitely very professional and kind ! So thankful for all their help !

I love my hair days! Everyone is so friendly and kind. Krista Sands in particular, is always on point with the current trends and suggestions. My color and highlights is always perfect. Krista is always full of ideas when I am ready for a change but not sure what to do. She is a trainer for the salon and always speaks kindly to her students and shares tips with them! Thank you to everyone at the Salon especially Krista and her students!

Love going there. My hairdresser, Karla, is fantastic and she uses a razor to cut my hair. Her coloring is phenomenal and I can't say enough good things about her and the gals at the reception desk.
