Nail So Dep By Ben

Stopped in for the first time today because my normal nail artist accidentally double booked…I will not be back. I expressed 4 times during early stages manicure that I was unhappy with black polish from previous manicure showing everywhere, was assured that it would be covered, and it wasn’t. Artist kept nicking my skin because she was looking all around and still running the drill. Every nail is crooked and there are bubbles everywhere in acrylic. She made some corrections but genuinely didn’t seem to understand me. You can see clear lines on my nail where she filled, and the tops of some nails are lumpy. It is very sloppy and I could do better myself. In fact, I have to go home and do my own nails after paying $65 to get them done. I only tipped $10 instead of my usual $25 because they are just awful. Very upset that I got a babysitter and wasted my time for this bad result.

Stopped by this place today to get a full set done my techs name was Tony and he did a fabulous job. I showed him a picture and he matched it perfectly with the picture. He was very gentle and very kind and made sure he took his time on my nails. I would highly recommend this nail salon as your next stop. The atmosphere was nice. It was quiet with a little bit of music playing, and it was relaxing. The pictures don’t do my nails justice, but I’m glad I stopped here

every one of their nail techs are so friendly and talented, they always leave my nails looking pretty and have great customer service skills and it’s a pleasure getting my nails done with any off their techs, i am a blue collar girl so i do heavy lifting but i do not rip em off or use them as tool, the picture below is my nail beds (ill include more so you can see their designs) as a result of overfiling but other than that i have no complaints
