2025-10-25I went there today for a color and full highlight. With tip I paid over $330. When I got into the car I looked at my hair, my ears were covered with dye and not just a little. My forehead had dye on it. When I got home a look at the back of my neck and 1 inch from my hairline is covered with hair dye coloring. Shouldn't it be the responsibility of your hairdresser to clean this up before you leave the shop. I know that it is not going to be 100%, but come on clean some of it off!!! I will never come back to your salon for service again.
