Policy needs changed! I want to point out that I had no issues with the stylist work. She did a good job cutting my hair and was friendly so I wont give her name. My issue is that I needed to reschedule due to wakeing with a very sore throat. I was told I would be charged 50% that was their policy. Well I was never told of this policy prior. I have heard of Doctors offices doing this after several times of no shows but not hair stylist. I dont like when people expose me to illness and wouldn't do it to someone else. I also wanted to reschedule to make sure we had enough time to tint my eyebrows and do a consultation for all over color, possibly getting it done at that time if able. I appreciate hair stylist and value their time always tipping at least 20percent. This policy is a bit much and they should reevaluate this . Also no reminder message or call was ever sent out for the appointment.

I was not pleased at all!! I explained what I wanted, (length to my shoulders and my layers reshaped) and the girl wanted to take 3” off of my hair. Being that my hair is curly and only gets curlier the shorter it is cut, I asked for only 2” to be cut. She barely cut 1” off of my hair. She was also going to frame my face, but did not. Then places me under a dryer to dry it, claiming, that would be better than a diffuser as the latter would leave my hair frizzy. I use a diffuser every time I dry my hair and I have NEVER looked like I did when I walked out of this salon!! I tried to not leave a tip but your system would not let me do that. The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted to schedule another visit and my reply was ABSOLUTELY NOT! I will never step foot back in your salon again!! I will warn everyone I know to avoid this place as well! I had stopped coming for awhile before and thought I would try it again. Big mistake! Studio A gets ZERO stars from me!! I had to put 1 star so this survey would post. 👎

Ashley is Wonderful!! She did a great job on my long curly hair! Gave some great advise on maintenance to keep it healthy! She has a wonderful personality!! Already have some of the girls at work booking appts with her! The salon and all the staff are very welcoming and friendly! Highly recommend!!

I had my extensions done today by Aubrey!!! I can’t say enough good things about her. Very professional, very nice and it was quicker than I expected!! I haven’t had my hair colored in months and thee extensions matched perfectly! Thank you Aubrey!

I had my lashes lifted and tinted, as well as my eyebrows tinted. Since they are both very light blonde in color, I just wanted my lashes to be black like mascara and my eyebrows to be dark blonde. Thankfully I was not charged for the eyebrows because they were horrible. They do not even look dark brown they look black. Mara tried to remove the color, but they are still very dark. My eyebrows were not trimmed either so I have long hairs sticking up. Going to try micellar water to get more out, but I can’t get the lashes wet yet.
