The employees are very nice. Although there was a time I felt uncomfortable when they were talking because I wasn’t sure if they were laughing at me or something else. I got the sugar scrub on my right foot/leg for about 10 mins and about 1 minute on the left so I thought that was odd. I let her choose the color compared to something similar to what she had on and she matched it almost perfectly so I was pleased with that! She wasn’t clear that I wanted tips put on so I had to tell her again. That’s okay I get it language barrier. It happens. When she’s putting the tips on she’s sticking to me a lot. I had to pick a lot of glue off my skin when I got home. I got a mani and a pedi and pay $162 before tip. Yes it’s a decent job but the price is crazy! Especially since I didn’t get anything fancy. I can pay this much and get a lot more elsewhere so as much as I love the atmosphere I will not return because of the pricing.

Does not accept walk ins so I scheduled an appointment. I asked for Gel X but the nails were completely facing upward. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I had them remove the Gel X before I left and requested a refund. They wanted $84 for nails that looked like this. Then the manager that helped to remove the nails asked if I’ve ever had Gel X like they were supposed to look like this. I’ve had Gel X for two years consistently and never once did they point upwards like this. 100% disappointed and wasted two and a half hours that I’ll never get back.

My original nail tech is out of the country so I decided to try Top nails 💅 in blue ash. After looking at the reviews, I booked an appointment with Ari. So glad I did ! The receptionist was very courteous. Ari was kind, payed attention to detail, asked what I wanted - and delivered ❤️ Not to mention quick and thorough. I am extremely satisfied to the point of scheduling another appointment before I left. The salon is beautiful by the way! I received SNS dip powder and polish change for my feet.

This is the BEST place to get nails done! Always on-time, always excellent quality, and the gel polish lasts forever. As someone who typically hops around to wherever is convenient, this is now my regular go-to spot.

I did not have a good experience at this nail salon. They couldn’t do a simple French tip properly . I spent $83 on this…on top of that, the manager was getting upset because I asked her to fix my nails. I don’t mind spending money but if the work and price don’t match, it makes me upset. If you want your nails to be basic (which is fine) this would be your place. They are not skilled in trendy/artistic nail styles. However they did a great job with my pedicure!
