Andrea did a great job on me. She took her time and was very nice. She made sure I got the coffins nail shape that I wanted and the colors I wanted. I would absolutely come back here again. The salon itself is very nice inside. She was nice to let me know i need to get a full set next time.

No effort put into my fill. I had to ask to have the insides cleaned. The technician was going to complete the service with my nail dirty inside. Didn’t bother to trim the cuticles. The technician did not give me an option of regular polish or gel which is significantly more costly. I would not recommend if you want attention to detail. The technician charged extra to take my clear topcoat off in order to begin the fill. This is part of the fill. I believe because I was traveling and unfamiliar with their work practices I was taken advantage of. I have no desire to return. See photo and judge for yourself.

I had a fantastic experience at Luxuriant Nail Salon and Spa during my first visit. As soon as I entered, I was struck by the pristine cleanliness and elegant decor, complete with chandeliers and massage chairs. The bubbling water walls enhanced the tranquil ambiance. Despite it being a Saturday afternoon without an appointment, I was promptly greeted and attended to. Naly provided exceptional service, displaying remarkable patience as she meticulously cleaned my cuticles. She went above and beyond by applying three coats of color without my request and was generous with oils and lotions during the hand and foot massages. Additionally, they offer a 5% discount for cash payments, which is a nice bonus. Conveniently located in my neighborhood, Luxuriant Nail Salon and Spa has undoubtedly become my preferred destination for nail care.

I went to this salon while traveling in Cincinnati and Phoebe gave me a pedicure with hot stone massage. I’ve been nursing a torn hamstring for several months and have a significant amount of pain from it. Phoebe was kind, gentle, patient, and such a delight to talk to! The hot stone massage brought the most relief from my chronic pain that I’ve had since becoming injured. Phoebe was amazing, so friendly and personable!

Luxuriant is my go to nail salon in the area. I used to drive 30 minutes to my appointment. I have tried other nail salons and always regret it. I always request Phoebe. She’s extremely consistent and personable. I also think their services are fairly priced.
