Zen Nail Spa At Cambridge Square

Absolutely the best experience ever! Everyone was so friendly and managed my appointment with grace and ease. There was bo rush but the rush of keeping me comfortable. I was treated like royalty. It is clean, smells great and perfect. To darling Nikki, she is great at what she does and strikes up a conversation with so much delight. My nails are short but she nailed it😜. I wish there were 10 stars to give a rating. Thank you!

I’ve been going to zen nail spa ever since they opened their first location at Hamilton place mall. So when word started going around that they were opening a location closer to me and my go-to tech, Mia, was also transferring over I was very ecstatic. There’s just something about zen that is unmatched. They have amazing employees and their salons are appealing in design, as well as relaxing. Pictured are some of my fav nails over the years and my most recent pick, a neutral pink builder gel with blooming flowers.

LOVE Zen nail spa in Cambridge Square! All the nail techs are amazing and do exactly what you ask for. I've been to several nail spas and this is by far the BEST!😍 The staff are so welcoming and the environment is so peaceful and relaxing. From the receptionists to the nail techs, everyone is so kind and accommodating! If you haven't been in yet, you are missing out!💗

Henry knocked it out of the park with my nail set! He is super talented and pays close attention to detail! Just super in love with my nails!! He can do any design I don’t think there is anything he can’t do! Definitely will always have him do my nail art! 5/25/25: once again Henry ceases to amaze me with his talent! He just 10 out of 10 kills every design I throw at him! Thank you so much for the wonderful work you do! 7/12/25: I can’t begin to describe how much I love this nail set. Henry did it again with a spin of his own but omg these are beautiful!!! His attention to detail is like no other!! 8/9/25: Henry does it time and time again! He’s so very talented and every set he does for me he knocks out of the park! Loved these so much! Just enough neutral with a splash of color and the perfect design!

Updated Review 08/29/25- I’ve been back to Zen twice since my original review from 08/04/25. My tech both times was Mia and she’s been fantastic! She did explain that if you want cuticle care done to specifically ask for it because it’s not an included service. I went back to SNS/dip powder. The first set she did lasted 3 weeks. I believe they would’ve lasted longer (no lifting, etc), but were getting too long for my liking. See updated pics below of both new sets. Very impressed with Zen’s service! I wish I could give 5 stars. First time going to Zen in Ooltewah, and the salon is beautiful. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is very hospitable, friendly & attentive. I got my nails done on 07/25/25. I typically always get dip powder or SNS at other salons. My tech, Crystal (who was great, no complaints there), wanted to use builder gel, which I was open to & had never tried before. The design she did is nearly identical to what I showed her. I get my nails done for special occasions & was told the builder gel would last. I have only two complaints. 1.) I’ve only had these done for 10 days & several nails show very visible signs of lifting. There wasn’t any cuticle care during the appt. No pushing cuticles back & getting rid of dead skin. 2.) I paid $85 before tip, and am disappointed they’re not lasting longer than this.
