I wish I could give them a 0 star rating! I called a few days before my appointment and asked if they could glue on my custom press on nails after a manicure, and they said they could. I scheduled a manicure and pedicure for that Friday. Day of the appointment, they did my pedicure first. It was overall good, my feet aren't really much softer than I could have done at home myself. My "manicure" appointment is where things really went wrong. First off, I did not receive a single part of the manicure service except cutting my nails (poorly) after I made a comment. I brought in a $320 pair of custom press on nails that I had made for my trip to Japan, and asked for them to be glued on. I was expecting regular nail glue, but he came over with a bottle that looked like a nail polish bottle and said it would make it last longer. Okay, cool... I'm in Japan for 2 weeks so ideally I would want it to last longer. My nails are ruined. $320 custom nails that I waited over 6 months for ruined. My actual nail beds were grinded down instead of buffed, so my actual nail beds hurt as well. The nails were put on so poorly that there are literally nails that aren't even touching the center of my nail leaving gaps for dirt to get stuck. My thumb was originally placed on so poorly that you could see about 1/4 of one side of my nail and I said that it looked bad and pointed out the gap. He started stuffing it with glue. I made another comment about my nail showing and was almost in tears because of how irritated I was on how bad it looked. He finally took it off and redid it. It was extremely painful because of the glue he stuffed under there. At this point I just wanted to be done so I didn't say anything else. I was very visably upset and no one seemed to care. By the time I got home I realized one whole hand was not cleaned up, another nail has a large gap, and my other thumb nail isnt glued down on the top corner. I have reached out twice about this and haven't heard back. I spent $100 on this service and it was done so poorly (and ruined $320 nails), that I had to go and buy both a nail drill and nail glue when I got home. DO NOT GO HERE

Definitely the worst attempt at a manicure I’ve ever had in the last 20+ years getting my nails done. My nails were pretty long - I asked for dip and to keep the length of my natural nail. My nails were my nails were not soaked properly, he cut all my natural nails sideways instead of soaking, then tried to put acrylic on. I’ve never walked out in the middle of someone actively removing the dip from my nails, but after 2.5 hours there and only a 40 min pedicure done, I told Ben to stop and I’d go somewhere else. I went in for simple dip, no designs, nothing crazy, and the longer I sat, the worse my nails started to look. My pedicure doesn’t look great either, super disappointed in this place

We’re visiting from out of town and I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I feel pretty sure that the young man that did my manicure did not understand English well enough to know what you are asking for or saying. I told him my cuticles are very, very thin so please be gentle with them. I feel sure he thought I said “make my cuticles very thin”. He scraped painfully with the metal cuticle tool and aggressively trimmed all of my cuticles, drawing some blood on two of them. When finished, I noticed some nail polish on my skin and asked that it be removed. He began scraping my skin with his fingernail. I pulled back and asked that he use polish remover and he didn’t seem to know what to do until another employee told him. This was yesterday and my polish is already chipped today. Very disappointed. Also, the guy that did my pedicure didn’t seem to be listening or understanding me either. So frustrating to go in for a relaxing experience but to be a ball of tension when I left.

They were packed on a Friday evening and still got me in and out even without an appointment. I dont get my nails done often but everytime I do I go to this place. They're clean, fast, and their nails always look perfect and last a very long time. I had Paul and Peter this time around for a mani pedi and they did an awesome job.

The pedi trim and foot massage was great but the nail polish started chipping the next day. I didn't pay attention but im guessing they cut corners and only put on one coat and no protective top coat. Now I have to go somewhere else and pay for another polish!
