I’ve been here for many services and try to come on a monthly basis. I always book with Alyssa. She is exceptional and just really down to earth and personable. I’ve been on a skincare journey and I owe a substantial portion of that improvement to Alyssa. Always great recommendations and she really seems to know what’s best for my particular skin type. She also just great to chat with and always makes my facials a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The spa itself is also extremely clean. And very warm and welcoming. I cannot recommend Bluewater wellness and Alyssa enough.

My friend and I visited this spa today and were blown away after leaving. I had the pleasure of having Jasen as a therapist and he truly worked wonders on my back. My friend and I both agreed we wish we would have gotten a longer service because of how amazing it was! She had Heidi and said she can’t wait to go back and neither can I!

I truly loved coming here for the last few months. Alyssa is amazing. But I will never be going back to this place after speaking to I’m assuming is a manager of the place- Alexis. I had an appointment scheduled for this morning at 9:30. They have a cancellation policy of 24 hours (which is perfectly fine) but they are closed Sundays so I assumed that I would be able to just call Monday morning and let her know. ( I have never no showed before). I tried calling twice at 8 AM and no one answered. I called again an hour later and they answered and told me that I would be charged for the full service because I never left a voicemail. That was NEVER told to me before. When voicing my concerns I was met with snappiness and honestly just plain annoyance with me. She seemed super against the idea (even though she offered) to put my payment towards my next service. But who would want to come back to a place when they speak to you like that? I’m in the service industry too-and that isn’t how you handle that. But anyways, still love Alyssa and would go to her a million times over. I don’t normally leave reviews either but I have to say something so hopefully something changes.

I am SO thankful that a year ago I stumbled upon this gem of a salon and the absolute BEST massage therapist, Kristina! I have never experienced a massage therapist that actually listened to what I needed and made it happen. When I told Kristina that I only wanted and needed my upper back/shoulders worked on for the full 90 minutes, she didn’t question me and proceeded to use every tool at her disposal to get my knots out. She is such a pleasure to work with and I return frequently! The salon itself is so welcoming and relaxing too - you cannot go wrong in booking an appointment here.
