Diamond did a perfect mani pedi. My nails look great for an upcoming wedding! She is very personable and professional. I have tried 2 other salons, they cannot compete on any level. I recently relocated and am happy to find someone I can trust to do a job that lasts.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with this nail salon. The technicians are all unique and they are very knowledgeable about their products and skills offered. The environment is personalized and inviting. The owner is Amazing! I would highly recommend anyone who enjoys being in an environment where people can be comfortable with being present and pampered. First time going there, recommended by my daughter. I had Ms Diamond, and she did an excellent job. I needed a fill in/gel polish. Diamond did a wonderful job, even going back and making some of the nails a better shape, etc. I am 5 days away from it being three weeks and I don't have any chipping, lifting, nothing! Prices were reasonable, too. I will definitely go back! Update 3/21/24: I did come back last week and had my Easter nails done. Several days later, a whole corner of the acrylic chipped off. That was Mon, and they are closed. So I called several times Tuesday before I got an answer and made an appt for next day (Wed/yesterday) at 3:30. We had an emergency come up around lunchtime and I tried calling twice to reschedule but no answer. So I show up at 10 min prior to opening this morning and there are two staff and one customer. I tell her the whole story of how I was unable to reach them, etc and show her my nail, which should be about 10 min fix. She actually tells me nobody has time to fix my nail until 1:30!!! I tell her I have a Dr appt and can't someone just please help me; I'm willing to wait a few min, etc. Nope, she says. I say thanks but I'll just go somewhere else, and she actually let me leave. Wow, so much for building relationships with customers like y'all said in the glowing review I gave. After last week's appointment, I had already decided not to come back for other reasons, but today was shameful. 3/26/24 *This arguing back and forth is exactly my point. I stated at the time that I wasn't expecting any special treatment, and I don't appreciate your implication that I was. I was just hoping by coming early someone might be able to quickly fix the corner of my nail before other clients started coming in. It may be YOUR preference to have techs repair their own work, but it wasn't mine. Very inconvenient, especially since it is so hard to get in touch with y'all. I've left two messages prior to this and never got a response. You can have the last word if you want but I'm not wasting any more energy on it.

I have said it once and I will say it over and over again! Nailz by Jenn is incredible! Lupe is my artist and she has been incredible! I have been going to her for over a year and she never ceases to amaze me with her incredible talent! Everyone there is sweet and very talented!
