Nail Bar at Brier creek

I am unsure of the reviews of this place since I don't get my nails done regularly due to the lack of skill. Unfortunately, I did not have that good of an experience here either. I don't expect the most but my nail tech did not speak to me other than to pick a color nor asked if I wanted any beverages. Sadly, he couldn't do a basic gel manicure either. He pushed my nail bed very far, removed a lot of skin, cut my nails very short, and left remaining polish on my hands. I was very unhappy with the results, and even after having another tech try to fix it, my nails look like this. My fingers feel sore and irritated after this experience. Overall, I am not one to seek for refunds (which they don't do by the way) but I hope this review helps you all in picking the right salon.

Mai did my nails when I was there. I requested a liquid nail fill. She is a true perfectionist and made sure I was liking my nails each step of the way. Thank you Mai!

I don't usually give bad review but this was so bad that as soon as I left that was first thing that came to my mind. Person at reception was not very receptive but I thought it's early morning so I wasn't bothered. Then came the person assigned to do my feet. She started in a rush, didn't clean my nails well then she moved to my feet. She was rubbing my feet with the pedicure thing but it felt like she was rubbing with foam. When I asked if she was done, she said yes and I was surprised. She called the other employees and they all conspired and said that was how they do it because its basic. They were all very mean. I wonder if other people are satisfied or might be that they treat others different. They sound racist to me. It was my first time and never again. I strongly do not recommend this place. I jumped right next few doors (OASIS nails, cheaper and better everything) and they were amazing. I didn't have to ask anything because they did everything so well. THIS IS AN HONEST REVIEW WITH NO MALICE SO TAKE IT SERIOUS!!!

I came here because I saw how Lily did a girl named Joy's nails, and they were flawless 💅🏼😍 Unfortunately shes out on maternity leave so I wasn't able to receive that amazing service. I decided to get a pedicure on top of my gel x nails just to pamper myself. I dont know the names of the ladies who did my nails because they never introduced themselves. The one who did my pedicure did an amazing job. Both ladies were nice, but the one that was doing my nails did my service at the same time as my pedi so it seemed very rushed. Also the lady never pushed back my nails beds or clipped my cuticles before the gel x. I asked why that wasn't done and she said it was extra. I've always had that done as part of the service everywhere else I've gone before so I was shocked. Also she never asked me before starting. The nails she picked didn't all fit my figures properly and after curing the nails with the get they all seem lifted and unnatural. I haven't treated myself to this in a very long time so I was looking forward to some really pretty nails. It even hurts to grab things because of the way my nails were done. This was my first time here and I'm not impressed. A service such as this is a luxury due to the pricing and up charges and should be treated as such. I definitely will not be back unless I book with Lily.

After several tries using various consultants, I was highly recommended to Joanne. All I can say is WOW! She made a tremendous difference in the entire process. I am a senior citizen and have had My nails done for over 25 years by various consultants in various salons. Joanne Is special. With a very caring attitude, she uses her talents to precisely create a wonderful experience. She genuinely cares and is constantly checking with the customer to make certain they are completely satisfied.She is sweet and kind which adds to her being the best nail technician I have ever come across. Give her a try.You will be happy you did.
