With my old stylist being in Charlotte, I decided to find someone in this area to start doing my hair. I had about 5 weeks of root growth and needed my roots bleached and blonde hair toned as that’s what I have had done every hair appointment for the past 6 years. I made an appointment with the receptionist over the phone for a scalp bleach and tone service (no foils). I asked if that is a service they offer and was told yes and that my appointment was booked with Claire. Fast forward to my appointment, Claire asked what we were doing, I told her a bleach and tone and she said she had never done that before and could get my roots covered up with a partial highlight. I didn’t request Claire as my stylist, I was automatically placed with her for a bleach and tone service which I blame the salon for, not Claire. Clearly the salon hired someone new and is sending all new clients to her instead of matching up the requested service with a stylist who has experience doing it. If you don’t offer a service at your salon that’s fine, but just say that when I call to book an appointment? At least Claire was honest with me when I sat in her chair. I should have just politely left at that point and not experimented on my hair, but Claire was really sweet and said she had done this on another client who usually got bleach and tones as well. I tried to be open minded but told Claire that I do not like it and that you could still see the harsh lines of my roots and that bothers me. She told me to stop looking at the top of my head and just look at my face straight on and I wouldn’t be able to tell. I was not offered to have it fixed or for my money back. So, 180$ later my fiance told me my hair looks exactly the same as it did before I got it done but actually worse because now only some strands of my roots are bleach blonde, the rest of my roots dark blonde, and then all of it is yellow because no toner was used even though I said I like a creamy cooler toned blonde and get toner every time I get my hair done. I tried calling the salon multiple times and so did my last hair stylist from Charlotte because she could not believe all of this, left a voicemail. No response. Luckily, I have found someone who is a blonde specialist and is going to have to do a correction in order to get me back to a bleach and tone. I have never left a bad review in my life but I have engagement pictures coming up and this is the worst my hair has ever looked in my life. The fact that the salon couldn’t even return a call after leaving a voicemail about it is even more unprofessional. One picture is what it normally looks like, the other one is what it looked like once I got in the car to leave Studio Elite.

I have been going to the place for many years. I have had my hair done there and microblading. It was time for a touch up on my microblading and made an appt. The person even called me back just to verify my appointment. My typical person was no longer there so I was about to deal with a new person, which was fine. I get there and they have no appointment scheduled for me. Need I say I am NOT local and I drive 40 minutes to go here. I will also say this is the second time this has happened. One time was a while back for an intense hair color change that I set aside an entire day for as I do work two jobs so finding time is hard for me. So when this happened again, I was extremely upset. I will say that the work there these women do are wonderful, but this was the last straw for me as far as scheduling. I now have to find another place for my touch up as I will not be scheduling anymore appointments here.

Great first time visit to Studio Elite! Love the atmosphere! Jess did more than just a wonderful haircut, she took the time to first understand my hair "challenges". Overall outstanding experience. I'll definitely be back!

I had an incredible experience at Studio Elite, especially with hairstylist Brooke. She not only provided excellent haircuts for my 4-year-old and 6-year-old daughters but also went the extra mile to make them feel special. The booster seat and adorable kid capes added a delightful touch, creating a comfortable and fun atmosphere. Brooke's attention to detail, reasonable prices, and genuine interest in understanding and fulfilling the girls' haircut preferences made it a memorable visit. It was their very first haircut, and Brooke made it an experience they'll cherish. Studio Elite and Brooke exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend them for a family-friendly salon experience.

Went for a cut and grey cover up. Claire was great and did a perfect cut. Discussed options for my grey cover up and came with plan to blend instead. So happy to find a great new stylist.
