They will change the price in the middle of the service. Told me the callus remover was a part Of the deluxe. Then charged me $10 more. Their prices aren’t bad for the work they do. The dishonesty is a problem. Also, they stopped my nieces full set multiple times when I left to run an errand only because she was a kid. They never would have stopped doing an adults nails like that. Horrible service.

I went about three or four weeks ago. The staff was friendly and service was fast. I went for a pedicure and I asked for regular polish. The lady told me they don’t have regular polish and they only do gel. I’ve never done gel on my feet and I really didn’t want to but I said ok. When I was done, she told me the price which was higher than the price listed for a pedicure. When I asked her why she said it was because I got gel polish. I explained that I only got gel because she told me that was my only choice and if that’s the only service they offer for pedicures the price listed should include the gel polish. On top of that, two of my nails chipped within 4 days of getting them done. I felt like they were dishonest so I won’t be going back.

I always have an amazing visit to this nail salon. The staff are friendly and professional, and the space is clean and relaxing. My nail tech was detail-oriented and really listened to what I wanted. The SNS came out flawless and lasts for weeks! Overall, a smooth, enjoyable experience—I’ll definitely be back
