Very comfortable clean and friendly environment. I had less than a 5 minute wait time. The service is thorough and the outcome of my gel French manicure and gel pedicure was unbelievably beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful experience! I’ve found my forever nail salon.

May 2025 I’ve had some great nails this year - but today’s are just super beautiful! Thank you Helen for a great experience and always knowing exactly what I want. Truly, if you are seeking a new nail salon - look no further. That’s what I did nearly two years ago and I’m glad I decided on Elite Nails & Spa in Stokesdale, NC. December 2024 My nails are beautiful as always! Helen is the best! Nu does a very nice pedicure too - she is gentle and thorough. We always enjoy our visit to Elite Nails in Oak Ridge. Be sure to check out the Bang Bang Shrimp at StokeRidge Tavern after your spa visit - excellent food and atmosphere. Update: September 2024 Helen “nailed” it again with these beautiful, glitter creations. The base is a dark violet with hints of blue, finished with navy glitter. My nails are stunning! Looking for a great pedicure? Nu is the best for pedicures - gentle, yet thorough and she listens to what you want and delivers! ### * * * * * Not sure my nails could be any prettier. I wear a lot of denim and white in the summer. Nails match perfectly. Pedicure was great too - but Nu - and I loved her, especially compared to the last pedicure I had. I’ll be back! The prettiest my nails have ever been! Helen is a nail artist - and makes sure your nails are perfect before you leave. I wanted a more rounded shape this time - and my nails are absolutely beautiful. The atmosphere of the shop is calm and relaxed - not tense with screaming and yelling like you may find at other “salons”. Plus, no surprise at the cash register! I highly recommend this shop and my nail tech Helen!!!

Ever since the old owner left, this nail salon has went downhill. I asked for medium length French tip nails and they gave me super short unshaped with no French tip because they didn’t know how to paint it on. I’m not mad about the French tip. I’m mad about the fact that the nails are bumpy and not shaped correctly and he cut my hand twice.

Worst experience. Did a terrible job on the polish. By the time I went to get a wax after the Polish.The toenail had already smeared off. She repainted the toenail and I waited twenty minutes on my friend to finish. By the time I got done eating 2 hours later.Most of the polish on my nails were completely gone. It had a gel feeling on them which said that they still were not dry or something was wrong with the polish. I had called to let them know and basically got attacked,Because I could not come in right then to get it fixed instead of my name getting put down to fix it when it was convenient for me to come back. They told me it takes an hour for the Polish to draw which no one said that. I have the same brand at home.And I have never needed to sit and wait an hour for my toes to dry. The customer service was horrible as I at least should have been reimbursed.Or marked down to be redone at a time.That was convenient for me to come back since I do not live in that area. I let them know that.I will just paint my nails myself.Since it was such a problem and that I would not be returning and they seem to not care at all. I will not return here and I do not recommend this place.Sorry for the gross toe pics

My stepdaughter and my self came in for mani and pedi, service was fantastic, got us out in a decent amount of time and done an overall exceptional job with both of our nails. Can’t wait to come back.
