1st time at Miracles. Sherry was my stylist & she did a great job. I was very overdue for services so she definitely had a challenge. I found her to be confident, patient & efficient. She took time with me, deciding on what would be best for my hair. I love the fact that with her it is a collaborative process. I felt very good in her hands. Generally, I’ve had good experiences with this salon! Color comes out even and balanced, trims are always symmetrical. But, as a lady with A LOT of hair some services have not been done with attention to detail. My baylage came out a little choppy once and my blowout was a little damp today. It takes a lot of work to fully blow out my head of hair. I guess we do truly get what we pay for, it’s just frustrating because I feel like the girls in this shop are capable of high quality work. The flat fees are probably a tad too low for someone with as much hair as me. I’ll probably be back, damp hair is temporary but a bad cut isn’t so easily undone!

I have been going to Sherry over 10 years now. She is great at color & helping hide my gray hair helping my hair look natural & healthy. She makes all her customers feel at home in her chair.
